It has an NTSC tuner for standard UHF/VHF and cable signals, as well as to composite video inputs (+1 s-video).
You can also configure it so that you can access it from anywhere as long as you have the software installed on your PC or have access to a hotspot w/ your PSP. You can do so locally, via its built-in WiFi adapter, or by going through a router.
